ROHM has introduced BD8758xY series of rail-to-rail input/output high-speed CMOS op amps (BD87581YG-C, BD87582YFVM-C) with improved EMI immunity for automotive and industrial equipment applications requiring high-speed sensing in harsh environments. The latest BD8758xY amplifiers are the part of EMARMOUR Op Amp Series and offer superior performance under four international noise evaluation tests.
Both BD87581YG-C and BD87582YFVM-C offer wide operating voltage range i.e. 4V to 14V. Suitable for automotive requirements such as sensor amplifier, engine control unit, electric power steering, anti-lock braking system, these amplifiers feature high slew rate and low input bias current. The EMI tolerance is an added feature that makes it easier to replace these amplifiers with conventional products or simpler designing EMI.
Key Features of BD87581YG-C, BD87582YFVM-C Amplifiers
- EMARMOUR Series
- AEC-Q100 Qualified (Grade 1)
- Input/Output Rail-to-Rail
- Low Supply Current
- Wide Operating Supply Voltage Range
- High Open Loop Voltage Gain
The CMOS element structure of the devices enables accurate, high-speed signal amplification without being affected by external noise when installed inside the targeted sensor applications. This offers high reliability while reducing design production-hours in a wide range of applications, including anomaly detection systems. Besides, the newly launched amplifier series, customers can get ROHM Real Model from the company website. It's a new high accuracy SPICE model that utilizes original model-based technology that helps in reproducing the electrical and temperature characteristics of the actual IC resulting in a perfect match between the IC and simulation values.
