Bourns added 33 new model series to its SinglFuse overcurrent protection product line focused on the increasing requirements for effective circuit protection. The components are designed to safety standards and to provide reliable overcurrent protection in sensitive circuitry with support of a wide range of current and voltage requirements with ratings up to 100 A and 600 V AC. These feature will enable its applications in areas such as handheld consumer devices, battery management and energy storage systems, telecom infrastructure and industrial automation equipment.
The new models in SinglFuse overcurrent protection product line, offers a broad range of fusing speeds and capabilities including fast acting and slow blow, fast acting precision, time lag, high inrush, high current, and high voltage. Bourns new SinglFuse devices are drop-in replacements for similar fuse products and can easily fit PCB layouts with its standard EIA package footprints from 0402 to 3812. The new SingleFuse devices are RoHS compliant and halogen free. The additional breadth in Bourns enhanced standard SinglFuse product offering enables customers to select an ideal overcurrent protection solution for their design while still meeting aggressive time-to-market schedules.
