TRACO Power, a leading provider of power solutions, has introduced the TEP 150UIR and TEP 200UIR series of DC/DC converters designed for industrial and railway applications.
The TEP 150UIR and TEP 200UIR are half-brick DC/DC converters with ultra-wide 12:1 input voltage range of 14-160 VDC. This type of power supply is ideal for powering devices where multiple voltage sources are needed, and thanks to there intelligent design it can meet extended holdup-time requirements without the need for bulky input capacitors
The TEP 150UIR and TEP 200UIR ensure high protection against harsh environmental conditions; this is due to its fully encapsulated designs. The operating range of the device is -40°C to +105°C and it provides up to 3,000 VAC I/O isolation. These converters also feature remote on/off and trim functions and protection against short-circuit, overvoltage, and overtemperature.
TRACO Power offers two models in this series: TEP 150UIR and TEP 200UIR. Both models come with a 3-year product warranty and are available now.
