Solar powered weather monitor
The project aims to build a solar powered weather station. The resulting device will allow us to monitor real time weather data without worrying about the power supply. The entire circuit will be powered using solar power. The resulting data will be set to server using wifi/lora. The device will monitor real time temperature, humidity, wind speed and UV radiation levels. It is also possible to make a mesh network of these device for collecting weather data over a certain geographic area. LT3652 MPPT solar charge controller chip from analog devices is used for harvesting solar energy and charge the internal battery. The ESP32 SOC is powered using the ADP1707 LDO. ADT7320 sensor is used for precision temperature sensing.
