A DIY solar power bank is an innovative and eco-friendly solution for charging electronic devices on the go. By utilizing solar energy, this portable power bank allows you to harness the sun's power and store it in a battery for later use. Constructing a DIY solar power bank is relatively simple. The LT3652 charge controller chip is used to charge the internal battery. This particular chip is capable of power point tracing, and this will offer better efficiency. MAX8903 PMU from ADI is used for USB charging and power output management. It is capable of a maximum charge current of 2A and will also provide output current of up to 2A.
