SMART STREETLIGHT - The Smart Energy-Saving Solar Streetlight Grid project includes camera modules, wireless communication, motion sensors, an Arduino-based PWM solar charger, a constant current LED driver circuit for streetlights, and IR LEDs for night vision. WORKING- This project can be implemented in a grid of solar streetlights. At both ends of the grid, camera modules detect the presence of humans, animals, and vehicles. During the night, the LED lights glow at 10% brightness. When the camera sensor triggers, the first 5 streetlights go to 100% brightness before a vehicle enters the grid. Once a vehicle enters the streetlight grid, it activates motion sensors on the streetlights. These activated sensors send a message to the next two streetlights. When the vehicle passes the third light, the next 5 lights also go to 100% brightness, and this pattern repeats. After 10 seconds, the sensors' status is checked, and the lights are turned off one by one. This project reduces the size and power requirements of the solar panel, battery, and streetlight housing by up to 50%, while also simplifying installation. It is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, reducing e-waste. Note: MOST OF THE EXISTING MOTION ACTIVATED STREETLIGHTS TURNS TO ITS FULL BRIGHTNESS ONLY AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS PASSED
